Properties booked for Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning must be fully vacant and ready for cleaning before our team arrives. Furniture, personal belongings, boxes, trash, and moving materials should be removed before the appointment. Moving should be completed before cleaning begins. Furniture, boxes, appliances, or belongings may not be actively moved throughout the property while our team is cleaning. If the property is not vacant or moving is still taking place when our team arrives, Alamo Cleaning Services may refuse service or clean only safely accessible areas within the scheduled service window.
